Production Shift Supervisor

About the Role

VIEXAL is seeking a motivated and results-driven Production Shift Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and support the continuous improvement of our production processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring productivity, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery while coordinating production teams and equipment within a modern manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and maximum operational efficiency.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure customer orders are completed according to quality, quantity, and delivery requirements.
• Analyze production performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Support and motivate production personnel to achieve departmental objectives and performance targets.
• Prepare production reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process.
• Set up and adjust production machinery to ensure efficient and reliable operation.

Candidate Profile

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment and machine shop tools.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and commitment to achieving results.
• Completed military service obligations.
