About the Role

VIEXAL is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, setup, and monitoring of CNC machinery, ensuring high levels of quality, precision, and productivity within a modern manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machines according to production requirements and technical specifications.
• Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters to ensure efficient production.
• Read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and production documentation.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet dimensional and quality requirements.
• Identify and report production issues, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Support production targets while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Candidate Profile

• Basic knowledge of machine shop tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Previous experience in CNC machine operation will be considered an asset.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Professional attitude, reliability, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
• Completed military service obligations.
